Membership Terms:
Membership fee sales are final and non-refundable.
If monthly Fee payment fails and is not paid within 10 days from the initial day where 100 Pro Boats charges monthly fees the membership will be canceled without refund.

Additional membership Terms:
-No more than three reservations can be booked at any given time.
-Additional service’s like gas, captain and more has to be paid separate.
-Member has to be present, Membership not transferable.
-Membership only can be used by Member (Charterer/Renter Member mandatory on rental).
-If Member has an excessive number of cancellations or no shows Member’s reservation privileges may be reduced or suspended without refund.
